Em Adler is Plymouth, MA based artist, originally from Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated from Roger Williams University in 2o17 with a BFA in Fine Arts, BA in Classics and a minor in Italian.
She is a mixed media artist that defines her work as sculpture. Spanning mediums from drawing, collage, painting, found object sculpture, photography and ceramics, her work is about the response to living on the shore, death and decay, as well as self identity.
Repeated influences in her work include the Victorian House she grew up in, the cycles of the natural world, Greek Mythology, Paganism and Jewish Culture.
